f I could give this place 10 stars I would! I mean, talk about PERFECT location. 10/10 would come back here every time I’m back in Athens. The place was spotless clean, had all the basics you needed. The view from the terrace… unbelievable! The whole stay felt like a dream. We walked everywhere we went, the apartment is in the most perfect neighborhood with plenty of options to eat and drink. I truly honestly I am still on cloud 9 and I can’t believe I am no longer waking up to that view of the Acropolis. To make things even better, Paschalis set us up with the nicest driver in Athens, Spiros, who picked us up at the port when we came back from the islands and then took us to the airport. We had an incredible experience and would recommend Paschalis and this apartment to any of my friends wanting a true locals experience in Athens.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Definitely worse staying for the view of Acropolis right out the terrace. Other than amazing view, the place it self was very stylishly decorated, very clean and stuffed with all the necessities you might need for the short stay. Bed was comfortable. In addition, it is located close to everything, short walk to touristy spots as well as nice restaurants and bars. Paschalis was a great host, responded to all questions right away and even organized a taxi for us to go to the airport. Highly recommended this place!

Amazing view. You can literally sit on the balcony for the whole day staring at the city.

We loved our stay! The apartment was perfect for us, it has everything you could need. All the main sites are within walking distance and there’s really nice bars and restaurants close by. The view is incredible! Paschalis was a really wonderful host, very helpful and quick to respond! Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again!

This was a great place. It is in a great, lively neighborhood, close to Acropolis and other attractions. While it is in a fun neighborhood, it is still very quiet inside the apartment at night. Place was beautiful and very clean Highly recommend!

Perfect location! Walkable to/from Monastiraki, great view of Acropolis, very peaceful balcony (at least in the morning as I was only there one night but so much to do in Athens I doubt anyone would stay the whole day in the apartment!), very responsive host. The check out is at 10am but the host also provided a safe place to store luggage before I traveled to Athens airport for my flights. If you’re interested, the host can arrange transfers to from airport or port - but given the location you can easily take a tram to Monastiraki and walk from there. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the block, so much to explore but I only stayed one night so didn’t get to see everything. Would have to return to explore more. Self check-in was super easy, codes -land combinations. Well stocked bathroom and has what you need for a stay in Athens. I’d definitely stay here again!!

Our stay in Paschalis’ apartment was perfect! The apartment is located in one of the most convenient, hip neighborhoods in Athens with lots of bars, cafes & shops. The apartment was clean & efficient with a nice balcony & a beautiful view of the Parthenon. The air conditioning, fan and wi-fi worked perfectly and I really appreciated how quite the apartment was at night despite the lively nightlife! I Completely recommend Paschalis’ place. Paschalis is also a great communicator, he was quick to answer my questions and offered us lots of suggestions on food, tours, and things to do in Athens and beyond - he was also helpful in booking us a taxi and providing us with metro information.

Paschalis’s place was clean, comfortable and had an incredible view of the Parthenon. The bathroom was really spacious and nice. The location was perfect we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to go. Thank you for a great stay!
